Due to gym use this evening, we will be meeting in the hallway today, so when you show up, just head to the turnaround point we use for the 200m run - this is where we will be meeting. Restrooms and water fountains are available in that hallway as well.

This is a slow-motion video of a power snatch. It is called a power snatch because the weight is "received" or "caught" in the power position, i.e., a partial squat position. If the lifter had received the bar in a full squat, then the word "power" would be omitted.

Kind of a breakthrough night for me. Not sure if my nutrition is helping, or getting better sleep... or what, but tonight felt good and I'm happy with the results. Did my 100 day burpee challenge work after the AMRAP.
