Wednesday 02/16/11

We've modified the schedule for bench pressing on the 5/3/1 program - as of right now, we don't usually have much overlap between those who show up for the Wednesday morning class and those who show up for the Thursday evening class.  With that in mind, we will be benching on both of those days - hopefully this will allow everyone to bench each week.  If someone does show up for both classes, we will always have different strength or skill work programmed for Thursday since that person will already have done their benching.

If you were not in class last Saturday to find your training max, your bench work today will consist of what we did last Saturday, and then you'll pick up with Week 2 next week.  If you were in class, you'll be starting with Week 1 (below).


Bench Press
65% x 5
75% x 5
85% x 5+


4 rounds for time of:
400m run
25 Double-unders
25 Squats
