This WOD is taken from CrossFit.com.  Their site says it is "Dedicated to Army Sgt 1st Class Daniel Crabtree who was killed in Al Kut, Iraq on Thursday June 8th 2006.  First Posted 15 June 2006."


Scale this appropriately.  If you have questions about how to do that, ask the coach! The goal is to finish the WOD by the cutoff, not just to do 50 Pull-ups and run 400m.

Just a warning, I believe I'm coming off the DL Monday. I had a tough April. I got ill then lost my mom unexpectedly. Hope May is better :) I called Andy B. and he's leaning toward coming Monday too. This morning's work out looks fun. I am going to have to ease back into cross fit. I've been sitting(drove to Virginia) and eating a lot of junk this month :(
