We are going to skip the Deload weeks on this lift for a variety of reasons.  For more details, ask one of the coaches.  In other news, this is a new week, so if you hit your numbers last round, be sure to add 5 or 10 pounds to your theoretical max!

Bench Press
65% x 5
75% x 5
85% x 5+

For time:
70 Squats
60 Sit-ups
50 KB Swings, 1.5 pood/1 pood
40 Pull-ups
30 HSPU's
There is a 30 minute cutoff for this WOD.  Scale appropriately so you finish!
