4 runs plus 3 jumps

This AMRAP tired me out more then I thought it would. I'd like to do this one again and kick it's butt. Basically I ran one mile and did 33 burpee box jumps in 12 minutes. I ran a 7:30ish mile at the Blarney Stone. I need to run more.
