"Barbara"
5 rounds for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest exactly 3 minutes between rounds.  Record time for each round.

Compare to 01/16/10.

Check out this interesting video of another group doing this WOD.  I'd love for you all to watch it and think about form as you do.  Try to analyze the peoples' form as closely as you can, and think about:
- Are they opening up their hips on the squats?
- Are they going below parallel on the squats?
- What is the standard for a sit-up in this group?
- What is the standard for a push-up?
- Are they going to the bottom of the pull-up?
- What are some form issues you struggle with, and how will you overcome them?

I did 4 rounds for a total time of 43:54. I didn't record times for each round.
Great job Lori in getting finished with all 5 rounds!
