3 rounds for time of:
10 OHS, 135#/95#
50 Double-unders


Finale:
  1. 5 pistols per leg.  Weight 'em if you got 'em.  Break up the reps anyway you like, and use a pole or band to scale these if necessary.

I was happy with the above, plus push ups just prior. I've come a long way.

Completed 20 OHS and 85 DU at the 10 minute limit.
I can't wait to speed up DU's cause they are such a heal.
