Hey.  Have you been skipping out on the finale?  Not today.  Get after it.  "But coach - isn't it optional?"  Yes, it is optional, but so is showing up for class, and as long as you are spending your time and your money to come to class and improve yourself, you might as well make the most of that opportunity!  After all, it's Saturday - your morning cartoons can wait a few more minutes.


Deadlift

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
KB Swings, 2 pood/1.5 pood
200m run

This goes as follows:  21 swings, 200m, 18 swings, 200m, 15 swings, etc.


Finale:  Accumulate 2 minutes only on your hands.  This can be in a handstand (floor or parallettes), working on your L-sit or tuck sit (floor or parallettes), or on the dip bars simply supporting your bodyweight.  Choose something challenging for you.
