Double-unders


Team WOD
In teams of 2, for time:
200m run
80 Deadlifts, 225#/155#
200m run
80 OHS, 95#/65#
200m run
80 Burpees
200m run
80 KB Swings, 1.5 pood/1 pood
200m run
80 KTE
200m run

For the 200m runs, each teammate runs 200m every time (so each person will run 200m a total of 6 times). Athletes may immediately start the next movement when they return from the run (even if both teammates are not back yet). However, all 80 reps of that movement must be completed before the teammates start the next 200m run. The clock stops when both teammates have finished the last run.

Compare to 05/08/10.


Finale: Accumulate 2 minutes only on your hands. This can be in a handstand (floor or parallettes), working on your L-sit or tuck sit (floor or parallettes), or on the dip bars simply supporting your bodyweight. Choose something challenging for you.
