Skill work:
Running Drills x 2
Double-Unders

For time:
150 Push-ups

Every time you stop and rest with your chest on the ground, it constitutes a penalty. If a penalty is counted, you must immediately sprint 1/2 Down-back on the basketball court. Continue with the push-ups after the sprint. You may rest at the "top" of the push-up, but if you stop at the "bottom" you must complete a sprint.

Compare to 04/07/10.

Finale:
Run (or walk) either 800m or 1 mile.

rest only at the top or run a down back...lots of down backs for me!
