These are full cleans, i.e., they are pulled from the ground and received in a full squat position - the prescribed weights are 185#/125# (as always, scale intelligently). This is based on CrossFit's "J.J." WOD.
Finale: 2 min in the hyena stretch and 4 min rolling on something (for example, 2 minutes/shoulder on a lacrosse ball or 2 min on a ball and 2 min on the foam roller).
