40 Sit-ups
20 Pull-ups
40 Double-unders
20 Slapping/Clapping Push-ups
40 KB Swings, 1.5 pood/1 pood
20 OH Lunges, 45#/25#

Finale:  2 minutes on your hands in a handstand, ring dip support, dip support, L-sit, or tuck sit.
