Reminder: Due to parent-teacher conferences, we'll be starting class at about 8:00 p.m. this evening instead of the usual 7:45 p.m.  We'll also be meeting in the southeast hallway again.


Agility


5 min AMREAP of:
30 Lunges
30 Sit-ups


4 min rest


7 rounds AMREAP of burpees

Each round consists of 30 seconds of work followed by 1 minute of rest.  Compare to 08/08/11.


Finale: 50 Push-ups in as few sets as possible, and spend some time in the pigeon pose between sets.

Burpees = 11,11,12,12,12,12,13 ... 83 total
