Run 1 down-back in the hallway.
A new round starts every 3 minutes. When you finish the round, rest until the start of the next round. If you do not finish the round before the 3 minutes is up, finish that round and then move directly into the next round - you then will complete as many rounds as possible until the 18 minute mark.
Finale: 8 minutes of mobbing - choose your method of torture.
Going hard at a burpee AMReAP - way to go!
