Skill Work:
Movements in upcoming metcon

For time:
100 ft Walking lunge
25 Push-ups
50 Double-unders
25 Knees to elbows
25 Dips
50 Box jump, 24"/18"
25 Overhead squats, 65#/45#
25 Pull-ups
50 Sit-ups

There is a 35 minute cut-off on this WOD. Scale your weights, bands, etc. wisely. Also, with construction limiting equipment, work in the dips and pull-ups when those are available.


Finale: Spend 10 minutes mobbing
