Please help us welcome a new coach to our team! Kathy Clough will be helping coach some of our Endurance Classes this month, and will gradually move into coaching other classes as well. She will attend a Starting Strength seminar with Phil and Kiley in July, but she already has a great understanding of many of the movements we perform on a regular basis. We are confident that she will provide you all with a safe, fun, and challenging experience, and we are very excited that she's part of our staff!

Memorial Day - We will have class on Memorial Day morning at 8:00 a.m. We will be doing a very special WOD, so come ready to work hard and feel AMAZING after your workout!

Power Snatch
Keep your rest relatively regulated. Set a watch for 2:00 between sets or watch the clock so you know when to lift again. You will have a total of 20 minutes for this portion of class.
