"Helen Goes Upside Down"
3 rounds for time of:
400m run
21 KB swings, 1.5 pd/1 pd
12 HSPU

The 400s will start in the old gym (just like in the good 'ol days), and the HSPUs and KB swings will be done inside the old gym.


Finale: Mob your hamstrings or your calves for 3 min/leg. You choose the bodypart and the mob.
