Non-Barbell Group Skill Work:
Power Snatch


Deadlift
5-5-5


5 Rounds, E2MoM, AFaP:
3 Power Cleans, 135#/95#
3 Box Jumps, 30"/24"

Complete each round as fast as possible, the rest the remainder of the two minutes. Choose heavy weights and high box heights to challenge yourself!


Finale: Complete 3 sets of dips (bands, strict, or weighted).


Kathy demonstrates a few things for us here:
1) TSC has new gear! Get some!
2) Prego women can still do push-ups...it 
just takes a little creativity from time to time.
