Skill Work for Barbell Group:
Kipping Pull-ups
Ring Dips


OHS
2 x 5
1 x 5+


8 minute AMREaP of:
Push-ups

Rest is only allowed at the top of the Push-up. Any time you rest at the bottom you must complete 5 Squats. Score is your total number of Push-ups.


Finale: Mob your shoulders for 2 minutes each.

Bench 235 x 5 x 2 & 245 x 4 x 1 ... meant to load 245 for all ... will get after this again next week ... 245.

37 push ups...didn't count squats, but a lot!
