Announcement: We will be doing the "12 Days of Christmas" WOD this coming Saturday! Come a little early to help set up and be ready for a super fun workout! Wear red and green if you're in the festive mood! :)

Skill Work for Barbell Group:
If you do not currently do ALL DU's for every WOD, work on DU's. You need to get this skill. You CAN get this skill.

If you already do DU's for all metcons, work on HSPU's.


Partner "Morrison"
In teams of two, complete the following for time:
50-40-30-20-10 reps of:
Wallballs, 20#/14#
Box Jumps, 24"/18"
KB Swings, 1.5 pood/1 pood

Only one partner can be working at a time, and all the reps for one movement must be completed before moving on to the next.  There is a 25 minute cutoff for this WOD, so choose an appropriate weight and box height.
