Just over one week left to finish out the 30 Day Challenge strong! How are you doing? Is it getting easier or harder the further into the challenge we get? 10 Power Cleans, 95#/63#
10 Shoulder to Overhead, 95#/63#
10 Air Squats

Finale: 3 sets of 10 Pull-ups and mob your legs

BBG - Modified

Bench Press:
WU - Bar, 135#
WS - 200# x 5, 5, 5 (PR) That's twice this week!

Back Squat:
WU - Bar
WS - 110# x 10, 10, 10

Whole 30 - 8 days to go....
Honestly, I didn't think I would make it this far, but its pretty amazing what you can do when you set your mind to it. (....and you have a terrific support group @ home, and at TSC!) I certainly think I feel better for not indulging in "junk food" at all, and overall I know I'm eating better. (A lot more vegies!) Day 31, will probably NOT comply with "whole 30" anything. : )

6 rounds + 10 power cleans + 4 should to overhead.

Whole30: I am shocked by the difference in how I feel. I haven't really craved anything and can't think of anything I want. Love not feeling deprived and have found tons of great recipes that I will continue to make. As for planning afterwards other than an occasional treat thing I don't plan to reintroduce anything on a daily basis.
