Happy February! We have one little week left on the 30 Day Challenge, so stay strong and finish well. Anyone can START a difficult thing, but it takes a lot of perseverance to FINISH...you can do it!

What are your plans to survive the Super Bowl treats tomorrow? If you don't have a plan, get one! Bring your own Challenge-Friendly snacks and drinks and be ready for some comments that might be discouraging...but remember that the party and temptations will be over in mere hours, but the satisfaction of staying true to your goals will last a WHOLE lot longer!
