Meet at Buffet Middle School track.Warm up will be jogging to the starting point. Cool down will be walking or jogging back to the track. The workout will take place from 144th and Larimore on the southwest corner to the top of the hill.
5 Hills - Run to the top of the hill, walk or jog down. At the bottom of the hill, rest for two minutes.
