Option A:
400m run
Rest approximately 4:00
5 x 100m run, starting on the 2:00.
Rest approximately 4:00
400m run

Option B:
800m run
Rest approximately 4:00
5 x 100m run, starting on the 2:00
Rest approximately 4:00
800m run

Some points of clarity:
Choose the option that you prefer - both are great workouts.
All of these distances are to be sprinted, and should be very difficult.
The rest times are approximate so that we can start as a group each time.

So let me give a little testimony for Testify Strength and Conditioning. Tonight's workout turned out to be just me. Did Coach Meggers call it off? No. He stayed with me and made the workout important and challenging, just for me. Nice. I had an idea of what I could do, and left to my own devices, I would have run much slower. I was challenged to run a time much faster than I thought I could run. (make it about a beer...I'm all in!) I am grateful that Meggers challenged me and then ran around the track yelling at me until I met the challenge! Thanks, Meggers! You are one of the reasons TSC is so awesome!

Lori - you were awesome on this workout! You went incredibly hard, and it was a blast to see you surpass your own expectations . . . twice!
