As with last week, the last set should not be a 2 RM - leave some left in the tank (but it should be heavier than last week's last set).

Conditioning
10 min AMRAP of:
10 Burpee Step-ups, 24"/18" (alternate legs)
20 OHS, 45#/33#
30 Double-unders

Burpee Step-up: Go to the floor as if you were doing a regular burpee.  When you get back up, step up onto the box with both feet, and then back down again (e.g, right leg up, left leg up, right leg down, left leg down = 1 rep).  The leg that steps up is also the leg that steps down.  Alternate legs each burpee.


Finale
Complete 20 or 40 TTB in as few sets as possible (no more than 5 sets). Between sets, practice static handstands (i.e., not handstand walking).
