A) Power Snatch + Snatch (1 + 1)
1st: Work to a max for the complex (10 min)
2nd: 90% x (1 + 1) x 2 (5 min)

B) L-sit
5 x 30 sec

Conditioning
3 rounds of:
1:00 Row
1:00 Push-ups
1:00 Double-unders
1:00 Squats

One minute of rest is taken after each round (i.e., work for 4 minutes, rest for 1 minute). Your score is the total number of reps completed (count calories for the rower).
