For time:
400m Run
50 Push-ups
50 Sit-ups
800m run
50 Sit-ups
50 Push-ups
400m run


Finale
Roll using Rumby or the large PVC pipe - accumulate 20-30 passes.  Your choice of back, hamstrings, quads, etc.
