Here are some recent pictures of Lori and Phil working on Snatching. Remember we want the shoulders in front of the bar all the way until we hit that "finish" spot where we are fully extended upwards and a bit back. Then it's a race to pull ourselves under the bar (limbo style!). It's also key to hold the bar as close the body as possible the entire lift. Keep working on the technique on these olympic lifts, guys...it's worth it and you are improving each time!

Two full rounds, plus 40 double-unders and 30 box jumps.
I did do 118 jump ropes during my first round before getting "caught". Should have known better. Definitely need to work on my double-unders. The most in a row I did tonight is 9 and that's doing double, single, double, single...
Congrats to Lori for getting 24 double-unders in a row! Very nice!
