I saw this on CrossFit.com. It's Jessica Pamanian's 170 lb, 3 rep Clean and Jerk at the CrossFit Northeast Regionals by CrossFit Again Faster. The fear of becoming "too bulky" is downright comical when I watch this video. That's a lot of weight, and she lifts it three times in a row...and she looks like a girl.

Gotta give myself a pat on the back for a breakout evening. During warm-ups I did 9 consecutive DU in a row. This was the first time I had ever done consecutive DU without any singles. I surprised myself so much, I forgot to count my DU a couple times during the WU.
PR'd on the Push Jerk, but couldn't finish my last two sets. Then during the Metcon, I crushed my previous time of 9:28. It's a good feeling when you see results from the hard work you put in...

It just dawned on me that I probably didn't have any energy because I hadn't eaten anything since noon.
Nice work everyone! Lori and TJ congrats on the PR's! It's so fun to be able to KNOW you are getting stronger and faster. Keep at it!
