Kiley's advice to throw the bar back behind your head was good...now I need to narrow my landing..I look redonkulous!

Lori N's post is a great example of olympic lifting success and failure. It might not always be the WEIGHT that is the issue...it is often just a technique problem that when fixed, allows the lifter to far exceed her own expectations! =) Nice job, Lori, way to stay at it!
