Wow... That one was a doozie! I probably could have pushed myself a bit harder on Back Squats, considering the amount of energy I had during the WOD.
Props to Becky for coming in on the run 15 seconds after me on the last set and pounding out her HPS!!! She was starting her first burpee when I was doing my last HPS and considering my exhaustion, I don't think I've ever done 10 burpees as fast as I did them tonight, just trying to keep up! I was in the zone... and it rocked!
