Goals ... there has been a recent string of post regarding goals ... for me ... for me ... lose weight (some already coming off) ... get strong ... get to prescribed weights and continue to improve on times and rounds, as well as metcons & compete well against myself and other crossfit members ... counter the aging process through a sound fitness program (continue to improve on diet too). I play broomball, i believe my off season training will transfer well as our season begins in September. In past, broomball (and some running) was the workout ... this is much, much better. Faster, stronger ... own, pone, and dethrone!

Goals huh. Finally get rid of the spare tire I have had ALL my life. I am hoping Testify will help me reach that so far unachievable goal. I've worked out in gym's off and on since '96(plus boot camp in '93) This group seams like my best chance for accomplish this goal. We shall see!
What Andy B. said too, counter the aging process. I'd like to be there for baby girl. Maybe Kiley will be her coach one day. And yes, improving my broomball game would be icing on the cake.
