Deadlift
Work up to a 5 RM.

Compare to 06/19/10.


In teams of two, each teammate does 4 rounds for time of:
10 Burpees
20 Walking Lunges
10 Pull-ups

Only 1 teammate may be working at a time, so one person is resting while the other is working. In some cases, the resting teammate will have to get the assistance band ready for the working teammate (pull-ups).

Team result: 14:30

My deadlift x 5 was 225lb
Times were 1:35, 1:28, 1:42, and 1:49.
I enjoyed this work out. Yeah Burpees!!! Andy B. back at ya...
