A blast from the past - this was WOD #1 at the first TSC Competition last July.
4 rounds for time of:
10 Burpees
20 Walking Lunges
200m run

The lunges are done on the 200m "track" - when finished with the lunges, finish by running whatever remains of the 200m.

Coming off lunges and straight into the run reminds me of getting off the bike and going right into the run, during a tri. I'll have to work on that combo more often... I'm liking the benefits!

It was fun to work out with everyone today!

Back pain kept me from squatting, so I did this:

NOT for time
3 rounds of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups (5#, 10#, 10#)
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-ups
I've never done strict weighted pull-ups, and never done any with 10# so that was fun!

Metcon - I subbed out the Burpees due to my back and did 5 "Mat push-ups" and 5 24" Box Jumps instead.

Time was 9:23 (I started a few seconds after the official time since I was being an irresponsible worker-outter...so I kept my own time on my watch).
