Congratulations to all those who competed in this year's Blarney Stone 5K.  
The Toughman award of the night goes to Peter, who cranked out 45 burpees 
after running 3.1 miles and consuming a fair amount of pizza and beer.  
Also, a big thank you goes to Andy for getting this picture.

Lunch time METCON: 151 burpees in 15 minutes. Yeah buddy! I'll do my 49 for the day prior or after Testify for a total of 200 today. Any additional during Testify will just be a bonus.

completed 2 rounds, plus 90 single, plus 10 GTO's. Double unders are my worst Testify event. I went heavy on GTO using perscribed weight. I am wanting to put some meat on my bones :)
