Lunch time METCON: 151 burpees in 15 minutes. Yeah buddy! I'll do my 49 for the day prior or after Testify for a total of 200 today. Any additional during Testify will just be a bonus.
Peter, you're a maniac! That's crazy talk! I'll be sure to put some Burpees in the warm-up tonight, just for you. =)
