Running shoes are perfectly fine for tonight's agility practice, but if you have basketball shoes or volleyball shoes, I'd recommend wearing them. They have better lateral stability (side-to-side stability) and are better for cutting (i.e., change of direction).

previously done over 315,but was showing bad form at 275, just need to do them more.
