REMINDER:  We will be having a 45 minute mini-seminar this Saturday.  The topic will be mobility (stretching and the like) and how it can help you enjoy life more!  The seminar will be immediately following TSC, so it will start around 8:00 and end at 8:45 or earlier.  Come if you can, and feel free to bring a friend!

10! reps of KB Swings, 2 pood/1.5 pood
1 Down-back (bball court)

We use "10!" to mean "10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1," so you will do 10 KB swings, run a down-back, 9 KB swings, run a down-back, 8 KB swings, run a down-back, . . . , 1 KB swing, and run a down-back.





Finale: 
Accumulate 4 minutes of handstand time.  If you aren't doing handstands yet, do 50 kick ups.

finale: I accumulated 40 seconds of handstand time then did 30 kick ups...I want to do a handstand so badly...

Hey Lori,

I think it's a cool idea, but I'm thinking since we aren't a CrossFit gym we probably aren't eligible for this. We can talk about setting up our own thing, though!
