1.5 pood ... 19:58 ... Died on hspu ... Maybe 1 pood next with intent of fluidly getting thru workout. Lighter pood to keep shoulders fresh?

I think you got through most of the KB swings unbroken, right? (or perhaps with only a break here and there?) Since the HSPUs are the sticking point, scale them instead. Scaling the KB swings won't give you much - it's mostly hips and legs anyway.
