Overhead Squat
2 x 5, 1 x 5+


21-15-9 reps for time of:
Cleans, 135#/95#
Slapping/Clapping Push-ups

These are full (squat) cleans, so each clean must be received in a full squat, i.e., no power cleans.

Compare to 11/15/10.


Finale: Spend 2 minutes per leg in the calf stretch and 2 min per shoulder rolling on a ball.
