10 CTB Pull-ups
20 Wall Balls, 20#/15#
30 Double-unders
40 ft. Bear-crawl

Compare to 03/30/11.


Finale:  Get a lacrosse ball and roll on it for at least 5 minutes.

Just working on form so I was only using the bar - 45#
