Well, lets just say I got to do some push-ups
1st 800 - 3:49
2nd 800 - 3:46
3rd 800 - 3:43
4th 800 - 4:17 yeah, here is where I blew it. I guess I pushed to hard on the 3rd round.
Since I had to run by my lonesome on this, I did my push-ups by my lonesome too.
