"What the heck does E4MOM mean?"  Every 4 Minutes On the Minute.  This means that you'll set your watch timer for 4 minutes (on repeat), and you'll start a new set every time your watch beeps.  If you have a watch that you used for the running classes, your watch has this capability (so please bring your watches!), and if not, we'll work something else out.


15 min AMRAP of:
400m run
30 Double-unders
20 Wall Ball Shots, 20#/15#
10 Slapping/Clapping Push-ups

Finale:  2 minutes per leg in the couch stretch
