Your weight should be 5 lbs heavier than your last set of 5 from last week's deadlifting (10/01/12).


For time:
5 rounds of:
7 Front Squats, 135#/95#
7 Slapping/Clapping Push-ups
Then:
50 Double-unders
800m run
Compare to 10/15/11.


Finale:  2 min/leg in the calf stretch (use one of the squat racks) and 2 min in the hyena stretch.
