Deadlift

5 rounds for time of:
15 KB Swings, 1.5 pd/1 pd
400m run
10 Pull-ups


Finale:  25, 50, or 75 push-ups in as few sets as possible.  Be strict - any rep wherein your hips, thighs, or knees touch the ground doesn't count.
