Topped out cleans at 155. Brendan and Joe at 95. Finished just over 3 rounds...just started a couple of TTB's...full scale. Boys finished at est. 2.5 rounds. Subbed sit ups for TTB's. 25 db's for kb's. 20lb wb for Joe, less for Brendan, but not sure on weight.
