70 Sit-ups
60 Pull-ups
50 Wall Ball Shots, 20#/15#
40 KB Swings, 1.5 pood/1 pood
30 Box Jumps, 24"/18"
20 Burpees
10 Lunges


Finale: Accumulate 2 minutes in a plank position or on the parallettes.
