Whole30 Update Time! We are just about half way through the 30 day challenge, so how's it going? Have you settled into some new routines? Have you noticed any physical changes? Do you feel better? Have you noticed a need to eat differently pre or post workout? Share your experiences in a comment! Also, check this little article out and post thoughts to comments.

BBG - Injured Reserve (....but getting better every day.)

Bench Press -
WU - Bar, 135#
WS - 195# - 5, 5, 5 (WS PR, and PR Overall)

Back Squat - Bar x 10,10.

Metcon - (modified version)
Air Squats - 40
HSPU - 18
Burpees - 0
Sit Ups - 0


** Nice article, it certainly provides the perspective of flexibility for what may otherwise be interpreted as a rigid approach to the Paleo "Diet" concept. Flexibility with boundaries. : )

Whole 30 - Day 14 almost finished, and just shy of halfway complete. At this point, I've adjusted to the change in what I eat, and I think I feel better in general. The upcoming challenge will be attending a SuperBowl party and not calling it quits a week early.
Is there and exception clause in Whole 30, for events like the SuperBowl? (Yeah?, I didn't think so either!!)

Using a 45# & 15# plate for the HSPUs, I completed in 11:38
