A big congratulations to Diana, Tyler, and Kiley, who all competed in the Orchard Powerlifting Meet this past Saturday! Lots of PRs were set, and everyone had a blast - be sure to ask them about their experience! So . . . when is YOUR next competition?

WS - 205# x 5, 5, 5 (...with a pinching belt.)

Bench:
WU - Bar, 135, 185
WS - 212.5# x 5, 5, 4.
* This was the second attempt/fail of 3 complete sets, but I did progress from 1 to 2 complete sets.

Deadlift:
WU - 135, 225
WS - 250# x 5
