3-3-3-3-3

Compare to 07/05/10.

21-15-9 reps for time of:
Burpee Box Jumps, 24"/18"
Pull-ups

A burpee box jump is similar to a regular burpee, but instead of jumping and clapping overhead, you will instead jump up onto a box. Be sure to get full hip and knee extension to finish the box jump, i.e., stand up all the way.

Phil, keep at it. The snatch is a difficult, complex move...it just takes time and lots and lots of practice. It'll come, just keep working on it and take opportunities to use light weights to work on form!
